Nephele (Lace)

Nephele is a perfect representation of the cloud nymph she was named for. This delicate yarn is a beautiful blend of Baby Suri Alpaca and Mulberry Silk. Airy, wispy, and unbelievably soft; Nephele is a lovely option for those delicate lace projects that require a luxurious halo. Perfect for lace weight garments, delicate accessories, adding visual interest to projects, and playing with color.

Adding a strand of fluff in different color from your base yarn can be a really fun way to make your own unique fabric. My go-to method is adding a darker handpainted fluff over a lighter, thicker yarn base (DK or worsted) to create a lit-from-within effect across the fabric, but the possibilities really are endless!
