Wholesale

You can place wholesale orders directly through my website! This is available to all local yarn shops and designers located within the US and Canada. Email Taylor at headwitchincharge@hubrishearthcraft.com to receive your unique wholesale discount. This will automatically apply to your cart at checkout.

Ordering via phone or email is also available if preferred; I will send you a wholesale catalog along with your code and you can email or text your order. I will invoice you via email for your order once it has been requested.

 

What to include in your email:

Your name, and your shop name (or designer name on Ravelry)

Your email (this needs to be the email you will shop with so that your automatic discount applies properly or so that your invoice goes to the correct email)

Your resale certificate/Tax ID/EIN

The products you are interested in

Preferred method of contact (email or text)

Where you are located (If you are located within Oregon or Southern Washington, please indicate if you would prefer that I ship or hand-deliver your order)

How Wholesale Works:

Your discount will apply when your order totals $560 or more. You can order whatever you would like, but for sake of ease, please note that each "bag" contains a quantity of 5 skeins. This is the number that typically fits comfortably in the sealed backstock bags I use, and is also equal to the average number of skeins that fit in my dye pans per batch, which is quite a nice coincidence. You do not have to receive these plastic bags with your order - if you opt out I will keep this note on your account and send your order without plastic bags. If you wish to receive your yarn in the bags but return them, I can ship your order with a return envelope so that I can continue to reuse the bags.

Once you place your order, I will email you to confirm your shipping date and preferred shipping service. My default preference is to ship wholesale orders via UPS, so if no preference is indicated, this is how your order will ship. If you have ordered before, I will keep your preferred shipping service on file, so please indicate any preference or address changes! You should see the confirmation email from me within no more than 48 hours. If you do not, you can check your spam folder, but I will also try again if I don't hear from you within a few days. 

I've been hard at work building up a wholesale backstock, so during spring and summer, wholesale orders will typically ship 1-3 days from your order date. During my busier festival season, this can sometimes be longer, even up to one month if I am doing a lot of traveling - you are welcome to email or text first to confirm shipping times before placing your order. Please note that shipping times may vary, especially during busier seasons, as I occasionally receive simultaneous orders for the same color/base. I am always able to cancel your order if the wait time is longer than you want it to be for any reason! Please note that unlike my other bases, Golden Fleece and Arachne are always dyed to order if I don't have a full batch to pull from my show stock - this helps me save on costs but does mean that almost any order containing Golden Fleece or Arachne will ship at least 1 week from the order date.

Dye schedule expectations - I am in the dye studio 5 days per week. I start each day by dyeing any new orders from the day before, in the order they were received. Wholesale orders can typically be dyed over the course of 1-3 days, depending on the number of skeins ordered. It then takes a few days for yarn to dry; unfortunately, the number here always varies a bit due to the weather. Once your yarn is dry, I am able to do a final quality check and label each skein. At this point your order will be packaged and labelled.

Please note - I am disabled and cannot drive. For wholesale orders in larger packages, your order is generally dropped off at the shipping location the day after it is labelled so that I can plan ahead with my wife to get assistance dropping it off. Smaller packages are all walked down to the shipping location same-day by me unless the office has already closed for the day by the time your order is labelled.
