Hearth DK is the perfect staple yarn for any stash. A gorgeous mix of wooly and luxurious, this yarn has a softness and bounce that will make your colorwork, cabled, and lace projects sing. It feels silky and lightweight in your hands while you work and has a delightful squish and bounce as you wrap it around your hook or needle. The roundness of the ply shows textured work beautifully and will have you constantly squishing your project. Hearth DK blooms beautifully and has a smooth and delicately haloed appearance when worked up, with the lines from the plies disappearing almost completely with wear.

Content: 100% Non-superwash Shaniko (Merino/Rambouillet) Wool. Responsible Wool Standard certified.

Origin: Grown on a Shaniko Wool Company ranch in California, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, or Nevada. Milled in North Carolina.

This Yarn is Best For: Basically anything! Shaniko wool is a Merino blend, which makes this yarn suitable for anyone who doesn't have a near 100% wool sensitivity.
