Shipping Info

Packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. There is a $5 fee for orders under $75, all orders over $75 will ship for free. In-stock orders will be taken to the post office each evening, Monday through Friday. Preorders can be expected to ship within 2-4 weeks. Wholesale orders will ship within 4 weeks.

Priority or Express orders will be shipped in the required USPS mail envelopes or boxes. To prevent the overuse of packaging and plastics, yarn will not be tissue wrapped or sealed in a bag unless the customer messages Hubris Hearthcraft prior to shipping. For gift wrapping, please specify that the order is a gift at checkout to ensure wrapping. If you live in a wet area and need your yarn plastic wrapped for extra safety, please include this in the note at checkout or email us with your order number immediately after purchase if possible to ensure proper packaging. Breakable items will be wrapped as needed to ensure safety during travel.

Our collections will stick around in our shop for a good, long time. We’re committed to slow, sustainable business practices and don’t want anyone to ever feel rushed into ordering yarn! Crafting is meant to be enjoyed at whatever pace you go at, and we want to be here for you whenever you’re feeling inspired to get something for your next project.

Dye-to-order purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. Available bases will be updated weekly. If you have any questions or concerns about when your order will be ready, please use our contact form or email Taylor directly at headwitchincharge@hubrishearthcraft.com.

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can work together to figure out replacement, refund, or store credit. Refunds are not available for digital downloads or for yarn that has been wound and/or used.

Allergy Notice: The owner and dyer of all Hubris Hearthcraft yarns and their spouse who helps package said yarn are the owners of a dog and a cat. While all precautions are taken to keep hands sanitized and the pets and yarn in separate spaces, and the yarn is dyed and laundered in items and areas the pets do not touch, persons with severe cat or dog allergies should be wary of potential contamination.
